Located in a high-potential coastal area, the Can Gio Townhouse project represents a harmonious integration of modern architecture and the distinctive natural character of the surrounding ecosystem. With a total floor area of 390 sqm, M16 Home has crafted a refined yet spatially rich living environment, where every design decision balances aesthetics and functionality.

The modern architectural language is expressed through clean geometries, a clear spatial hierarchy, and minimal detailing. The façade stands out with a composition of vertical louvers, integrated greenery, and a material palette of wood, glass, and concrete—creating a balance between warmth and openness. Balconies and garden spaces are strategically incorporated to maximize natural daylight and enhance cross-ventilation, a critical factor for coastal climatic conditions.

The interior adopts a “modern living” approach, featuring a neutral color palette combined with light-toned wood to evoke a calm and relaxing atmosphere.
